Saturday, 21st December 2024: A Lecture at the Japan Security Management Society
At the 36th Academic Lecture Meeting of the Japan Security Management Society, held at Chuo University’s Korakuen Campus during December 2024, a presentation was given concerning the Moonshot Research and Development Project ‘Goal 1: Research and Development Project: Realising a Society where Avatars can be Used Safely and Trusted.’ This presentation provided a multi-faceted overview of the current state and future prospects of cybernetic avatar technology, alongside a supporting security infrastructure. This presentation addressed technical and ethical challenges, as well as the development of legal frameworks.
